Terms and Conditions

We aim to keep our terms and conditions as simple and straightforward as possible.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us on suegreenjewellery@googlemail.com  .  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes.  Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. 

Privacy Policy

We do not store customers' financial details.  We obtain customers' consent to receiving email updates regarding new products, promotions etc.  We do not disclose customer details to any third party. 

Availability of items shown on the website

We make every effort to ensure that items showing on the website are available for sale.  However, selling at craft fairs and other events can mean that occasionally an item ordered is unavailable.  In this case we will suggest alternatives if possible and will email images for approval. 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving the order.  Orders are generally sent by first class post at a basic postal cost of £1.50 per order.  Gift wrapping is charged at a further £1.00 per item.  If for any reason postage will cost more than the basic charge, we will notify you before sending out the order. 

We normally ship only within the UK but if you do require an item to be sent outside the UK please contact us on suegreenjewellery@googlemail.com to make arrangements and for an estimate of the shipping charges and delivery times. 

Returns

For all returns, please email us on suegreenjewellery@googlemail.com first to arrange return of your goods.  Goods must be returned in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of delivery using the original packaging. 

We will refund the cost of the item within 14 days of receiving the returned product from you.  In addition, if the item is defective we will also refund postage costs.
